Description: It was a great day for Jane when she heard that she was going to Greylands College, for she had heard many wonderful tales of Pamela, head girl of Peters' House, and longed to meet her.
But when Jane reached Greylands, Pamela was under a cloud of suspicion, and people were wondering what was the truth about this girl whose record was so brilliant but whose actions were so open to doubt.

The jacket has some minor foxing in the upper right corner (see image) and some slight marks at the rear, but is otherwise in very good shape and hasn't been price-clipped (2/6 net). The only other illustration apart from that on the jacket is a b&w frontispiece in which a schoolgirl is diving into a pond, fully-clothed, whilst another is in the water helping a third, who appears to have narrowly escaped drowning. The pages are clean and, were it not for some slight foxing, would be in excellent condition. There is a neat dedication in black ink on the fep.

Measures 19 cm × 12.5 cm (7.6″ × 5″). Large 12mo. 92 pp.

Price: £18.00 £15.00
