Condition is truly excellent for a book of this age. The plates and pages are bright, clean, and free from foxing or markings (though one or two do have some minor foxing). The pastedowns have become slightly discoloured. The covers are clean, and the gilding is fully intact. Corners are slightly bent on the rear cover. The binding is tight.
Measures 15.5 cm × 11 cm (6.2″ × 4.4″). 16mo. 244 pp. + 25 pp. detailing other books by the publisher (complete with sample illustrations, and even one sample plate).
