Covers are creased and worn. 3 cm closed tear along right edge of front cover. Spine creased and slightly damaged at tail. Previous owner's name inscribed in red pencil on inside cover; another name inscribed in blue ballpoint on the fep has been crossed through with the same pencil. Negligible foxing on page tips, fep and front inside cover. Pages lightly tanned (standard fare in a paperback of this vintage), but are otherwise unmarked and free from foxing.
