Description: Contains entries for 62 different flowers. Also features a Chinese folk tale called The Hundred Flowers plus two short discourses on flowers and gardens.
The flowers are listed alphabetically by their Latin names, but a secondary index has been provided in order to look them up according to their common names.

Beautiful, full-page colour illustrations throughout.

Snow-white cloth boards with gilded text to spine are in excellent condition: corners and spine are straight. Unclipped ($12.50) pictorial jacket is slightly scuffed along its extremities, and a good deal of the laminate is peeling off. Nevertheless, it remains complete and free from tears. Internally, the book is in mint condition. The thick, white-as-snow, pages are crisp, bright, and free from all defect.
