Description: This little guide shows and describes the majority of aromatic spices obtained from roots and fruits. These include allspice, cloves, pepper, ginger, and a wealth of chillies from the tropics. For each spice, there are notes on how they should be used alongside recipes for many simple yet exotic dishes.

Illustrated throughout with colour photographs. Pastedowns and endpapers are marbled.

Glazed pictorial boards repeat jacket design and are in immaculate condition. Unclipped (£3.95) dust jacket would've been as new, were it not for a minor scar on the front (visible only under direct light). Superb internal condition: pages are crisp, bright, unmarked and very tightly bound.

Measures 16 cm × 12 cm (6.4″ × 4.8″). 16mo. 41 pp.

Price: £6.50
