Features an excellent b&w frontispiece depicting a portrait of Edward VIII by Edmund Blampied. High-quality b&w photographs throughout. Endpapers and inside covers illustrated with a crown pattern.

Textured covers are lightly soiled. Tipped-in embossed gilt title has considerable wear (refer to image). Spine worn at head and tail. Superb internal condition: pages are clean, bright, tightly bound, and are neither tanned nor foxed.
