format, and a whole host of general interest articles – including a fascinating article
about postage stamps, and a further two about transport and the 'radio telescope', both of
which are beautifully illustrated.
Illustrated throughout in b&w, three-colour monochrome, and full-colour. Front pastedown and endpaper depict Bicycles Old and New whilst the rep and pastedown are illustrated with a Motor Cycle Pageant. Pictorial matt boards repeat jacket design. Jacket unclipped (9/6d) and in good overall condition. The only major flaws being a small loss where the front board meets the spine (refer to image), and two closed tears at the rear. Apart from being lightly tanned, all pages are in immaculate condition. No year of publication given, but believed to date from c.1956, going by the information supplied in the general interest articles. Measures 24 cm × 17.5 cm (9.6″ × 7″).
