Beautiful, technicolor illustrations – two of which are full-page. Illustrated pastedowns and endpapers.
Glazed pictorial boards. Minor rubbing along extremities. Spine and corners bumped; minor wear on tail of former. Pages are in very good condition for their age. Completely free from foxing, and with just a ghost of tanning. Unfortunately, the remains of some old adhesive labels have covered up parts of the pastedowns, but with a little skill and patience, it is possible to remove the offending residue and reveal the illustration below.
